Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, flaked
- 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dill, dried
How To Make great salmon loaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients, using 1/2 of the bread crumbs. Shape into a loaf in a buttered loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. If your family doesn't like dill , it can be eliminated.

Step 2Bake 350 F. for 30 minutes.
