My grandma use to make this when I was growing up , I like to make sandwiches out of it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound canned salmon
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - egg ; beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon parsely
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 slice raw bacon
How To Make grandma's salmon loaf

Step 1Combine all the ingredients and put in a buttered loaf pan. Except bacon.

Step 2Form like a meat loaf.

Step 3Place a slice or two peices of bacon on top.

Step 4Bake in oven @ 350° for 35 minutes.

Step 5Serve Hot but it's good cold too.
