Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup water, boiling
- 1 can salmon
- 1 - egg ; well beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make grandma's mexican salmon patties

Step 1Mix together : cornmeal , water and the salmon.

Step 2Then add the egg and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Mix well : Make spoon patties and place into a fry pan. Fry SLOWLY on both sides.

Step 4Place on a platter and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Garnish with a tomato.
