Step-by-Step

  1. LITELY SPREAD A LITTLE MARGARINE ON FISH
  2. SPREAD DEJANAISE OVER FISH FILLETS
  3. SPRINKLE LIBERALLY WITH ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
  4. LINE PAN WITH FOIL AND PLACE TALAPIA FILLETS IN PAN. COVER WITH FOIL.
  5. PLACE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN OF 350 FOR 15-20 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER COOK FISH
