Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed potato flakes
- 1 - envelope italian salad dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large egg
- 4 - bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make golden bass

Step 1Mix the mashed potato flakes, Italian dressing mix and paprika together in a shallow dish. Place the egg in a separate shallow dish and beat it.

Step 2Preheat oven 450 degrees. Melt the butter and place it in a baking pan. Swish it around.

Step 3Dredge the bass fillets first in the egg then dredge in potato mixture. Place in baking pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are.
