How to Make Golden Bass
- Mix the mashed potato flakes, Italian dressing mix and paprika together in a shallow dish. Place the egg in a separate shallow dish and beat it.
- Preheat oven 450 degrees. Melt the butter and place it in a baking pan. Swish it around.
- Dredge the bass fillets first in the egg then dredge in potato mixture. Place in baking pan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are.
