1 1/2 lb
fresh salmon, skinless, cut into 6 pieces
1/3 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
brown sugar
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
fresh ginger, minced

How to Make Ginger Soy Salmon

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
  • 2Place salmon fillets in a large, Ziploc and pour the marinade over it. Seal, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally to ensure the marinade covers all of the fish.
  • 3Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 4Seal salmon in aluminum foil, place on baking sheet and place in oven.
  • 5Cook for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
