1 1/2 lb
fresh salmon, skinless, cut into 6 pieces
1/3 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
brown sugar
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
fresh ginger, minced

1Prepare marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
2Place salmon fillets in a large, Ziploc and pour the marinade over it. Seal, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally to ensure the marinade covers all of the fish.
3Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4Seal salmon in aluminum foil, place on baking sheet and place in oven.
5Cook for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
