Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon, skinless, cut into 6 pieces
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
How To Make ginger soy salmon

Step 1Prepare marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.

Step 2Place salmon fillets in a large, Ziploc and pour the marinade over it. Seal, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally to ensure the marinade covers all of the fish.

Step 3Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 4Seal salmon in aluminum foil, place on baking sheet and place in oven.

Step 5Cook for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
