garlic shrimp
Being from Hawaii we eat a lot a seafood. This is just 1 of many ways I have made shrimp. It's a quick & easy dinner & my whole family loves it.

Ingredients
- 4 - garlic cloves, minced or chopped
- 1/2 - stick of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 pound shrimp
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make garlic shrimp

Step 1First clean & butterfly each shrimp. In a small pot melt the butter with garlic, salt & pepper.

Step 2Then in a medium frying pan over low heat add the shrimp. Cook a little under cook. The shrimp should just be turning pink.

Step 3Then pour the melted butter mix over shrimp & let simmer for only a few mins more.
