Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic cloves, slivered
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 1/2 pound shrimp, large and peeled
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- - salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
How To Make garlic shrimp and scallops

Step 1In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

Step 2Add the garlic and saute until it begins to brown.

Step 3Remove the garlic with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Step 4Add the pepper flakes to the skillet and increase the heat to medium high.

Step 5Add the garlic, shrimp, scallops and paprika.

Step 6Saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 7Add the chicken broth and cook for 1 minute.

Step 8Remove the shrimp and scallops with a slotted spoon, place on a platter; set aside and keep warm.

Step 9Add the lime juice, parsley, salt and pepper to taste to the pan and just heat through.

Step 10Pour the sauce over the shrimp and scallops and serve immediately.
