This is a great "make it quick for company" dish! And really yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 - fresh garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 1/2 pounds unshelled raw shrimp
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • 1 - fresh lemon (squeezed for juice)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make garlic sherried shrimp

  • Step 1
    In a big ol' skillet, heat the oil over a medium fire til it's hot. Add the garlic and cook til golden. Add the red pepper flakes and the shrimp. Stir and mix for about 1 minute til them shrimp are nice and pink. Now, sprinkle the shrimp with the paprika and keep stirring for about another half minute. Add the sherry. Let that cook for another half minute. Add the lemon juice and season with the salt and pepper, give it a stir and transfer to a big ol' bowl. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley. YUM!
