Garlic Butter Trout with Asparagus in foil
28oz portions of trout skin removed
·salt and pepper
12 stalk(s)asparagus trimmed
1 largelemon juiced
4 cgarlic minced
1 smallonion sliced
·parsley for garnish
How to Make Garlic Butter Trout with Asparagus in foil
- Preheat oven 375 degrees. Spray two sheets of foil big enough to cover fish and asparagus with cooking spray. Place 6 stalks of asparagus in the middle of each piece of foil. Season the trout with salt and pepper and place on top of the asparagus. Top the trout with sliced onions.
- Repeat with the with the other portion of trout, asparagus and onion. Squeeze half a lemon over each piece of trout. Melt the butter with the garlic and pour over each piece of trout.
- Fold up the foil over each piece of asparagus and trout and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
