    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1 large
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 lb
    frozen fish fillets, thawed according to package directions

    lemon slices

How to Make Garlic Baked Fish


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat butter and oil in a saucepan over low heat and add the garlic for one minute.
  2. Remove pan from heat and add the bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix to moisten the crumbs and seasonings.
  3. dip fish in egg and dredge in bread crumb mix.
  4. Bake the fillets on a pan with a rack in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. The fish inside should be flaky. Use a fork to make sure the fish flakes and is done. Garnish with lemon wedges.
