Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 pounds frozen fish fillets, thawed according to package directions

How To Make garlic baked fish

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat butter and oil in a saucepan over low heat and add the garlic for one minute.
  • Step 2
    Remove pan from heat and add the bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix to moisten the crumbs and seasonings.
  • Step 3
    dip fish in egg and dredge in bread crumb mix.
  • Step 4
    Bake the fillets on a pan with a rack in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. The fish inside should be flaky. Use a fork to make sure the fish flakes and is done. Garnish with lemon wedges.
