Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 pounds frozen fish fillets, thawed according to package directions

How To Make garlic baked fish

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat butter and oil in a saucepan over low heat and add the garlic for one minute.

Step 2Remove pan from heat and add the bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix to moisten the crumbs and seasonings.

Step 3dip fish in egg and dredge in bread crumb mix.

Step 4Bake the fillets on a pan with a rack in the preheated oven for about 12-14 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. The fish inside should be flaky. Use a fork to make sure the fish flakes and is done. Garnish with lemon wedges.
