Garden Seafood Pizza

Nicole Bredeweg

This was the demonstration piece at a Pampered Chef party. It's very good and pretty easy. It makes a light lunch for two or an appetizer for many (hence, I didn't put in an amount).

8 oz
refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 c
spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp
dill weed
1/8 tsp
1 tsp
lemon zest
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
4 oz
imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/4 c
pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped

1Preheat oven to 350*F
2Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Place triangles on round pizza pan in a circle, points to the middle. Roll (or push) triangle seams together and out to form a 12” circle. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely.
3Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of the spinach, green onion, dill weed, pepper, ½ tsp. of the lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix well. Spread mixture over crust.
4Top pizza with remaining spinach, crabmeat, olives, and remaining ½ tsp. lemon zest. Serve!
