How to Make Fried Talapia (suitable for taco's or sandwiches)


  1. Heat Oil for frying (enough to cover fish pieces almost completely)
  2. Mix 1 pkg dixie fry with 3/4 of a bottle of good beer.
  3. dip fish completely in batter and move immediately to hot oil
  4. fry until golden

    **goes great with cilantro lime mayo:
    1 cup mayo
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1 Tbl fresh lime juice
    (pulse in food processor just until mixed)
