Ingredients

  • SALMON
  • 7oz cans salmon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 small chopped purple onion
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 tablespoon sesoning of your desire
  • VEGETABLE RICE
  • 1 cup fresh carrots
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1/2 can whole corn
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning of your desire
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margerine

How To Make fried salmon with vegetable rice

  • Step 1
    Using a large bowl mix all ingredients ,form into patties and fry lightly using Olive oil mixed with canola oil, until brown and ready to serve.
  • Step 2
    Vegetable rice, boil rice using seasoning added to the water with butter, chop fresh carrots and can corn cook until rice is desired texture
