  • SALMON

  • 7oz can(s)
    salmon
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 small
    chopped purple onion
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesoning of your desire
  • VEGETABLE RICE

  • 1 c
    fresh carrots
  • 2 c
    rice
  • 1/2 can(s)
    whole corn
  • 1 Tbsp
    seasoning of your desire
  • 1 tsp
    butter or margerine

How to Make Fried Salmon with vegetable rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Using a large bowl mix all ingredients ,form into patties and fry lightly using Olive oil mixed with canola oil, until brown and ready to serve.
  2. Vegetable rice, boil rice using seasoning added to the water with butter, chop fresh carrots and can corn cook until rice is desired texture
