- 2 pounds tuna steaks
- - vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers, minced
How To Make fresh tuna in a lemon caper sauce

Step 1Brush tuna steaks with oil and broil or grill them until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 2Meanwhile heat the butter in a frying pan and slowly saute the garlic and onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the lemon juice and capers and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4Spoon the sauce over the tuna and serve immediately.
