Ingredients
- 16 ounces peas, frozen
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1 - garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 28 ounces tomatoes italian style
- 2 pounds tuna steaks, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make fresh tuna and peas

Step 1Rinse peas under cold water to separate.

Step 2Drain.

Step 3Heat oil in 12\" skillet over medium high heat.

Step 4Saute onion, garlic and parsley in oil.

Step 5Stir in peas.

Step 6Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 4 minutes.

Step 7Stir in tomatoes, tuna, salt and pepper.

Step 8Break up tomatoes.

Step 9Cover and cook 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
