    peas, frozen
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 sm
    finely chopped onion
  • 1
    garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 28 oz
    tomatoes italian style
  • 2 lb
    tuna steaks, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make fresh tuna and peas

    Rinse peas under cold water to separate.
  • 2
    Drain.
  • 3
    Heat oil in 12\" skillet over medium high heat.

    Saute onion, garlic and parsley in oil.
  • 5
    Stir in peas.
  • 6
    Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 4 minutes.

    Stir in tomatoes, tuna, salt and pepper.

    Break up tomatoes.

    Cover and cook 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
