How to Make Fresh Salmon with Tricolored Peppercorn Sauce


  1. Squeeze juice from lemon half over salmon and barbecue or broil.
  2. Don't overcook.
  3. Melt butter; mix in mustard and lemon juice.
  4. When salmon is done, sprinkle evenly with crushed peppercorns, add dill and drizzle melted butter sauce over all.
  5. Serve immediately.
