Delicious fresh salmon enriched with a crunchy pecan coating.

2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
4 tsp
1/4 c
plain bread crumbs
1/4 c
pecans, finely chopped
2 tsp
fresh parsley, finely chopped
salmon filets, 4 - 6 ounces each
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges

How to Make Fresh Salmon with Pecan Crunch Coating


  • 1Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl and set aside. Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in another small bowl and set aside.
  • 2Season filets with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly greased baking poan and brush with the mustard mixture. Spread with bread crumb and pecan mixture.
  • 3Bake at 450 degree oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
