4salmon filets, 4 - 6 ounces each

How to Make Fresh Salmon with Pecan Crunch Coating
- Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl and set aside. Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in another small bowl and set aside.
- Season filets with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly greased baking poan and brush with the mustard mixture. Spread with bread crumb and pecan mixture.
- Bake at 450 degree oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
