- 4 fresh bass filets
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 hoagie buns
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 dill pickles
How To Make fresh bass hoagie sandwiches.

Step 1Filet the fish and check for bones. Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, paprika and black pepper together. Add the oil and butter to a skillet. Brown the filets on each side, about 4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish.

Step 2Spread the hoagie buns with mayonnaise and put 3 pickles on each one. Lay the fish on the buns and enjoy.
