How to Make Fluffy salmon patties


  1. drain and clean salmon reserving liquid
  2. mix salmon , egg, onion and flour
  3. mix reserved salmon liquid and baking powder add to salmon mixture
  4. drop by spoonful into hot oil until golden brown . Drain on paper towel
  5. if you do these in a deep fryer they only take 2 minutes to cook.. Had never done them that way until tonight.. they are a bit lighter and poofier then done in a skillet frying.. I think I like em even more this way... so did the kids
