Ingredients
- 16 ounces can of salmon
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- - cooking oil
How To Make fluffy salmon patties

Step 1drain and clean salmon reserving liquid

Step 2mix salmon , egg, onion and flour

Step 3mix reserved salmon liquid and baking powder add to salmon mixture

Step 4drop by spoonful into hot oil until golden brown . Drain on paper towel

Step 5if you do these in a deep fryer they only take 2 minutes to cook.. Had never done them that way until tonight.. they are a bit lighter and poofier then done in a skillet frying.. I think I like em even more this way... so did the kids
