Ingredients

  • MARINADE

  • 5 clove
    finely minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • FISH

  • 3 lb
    salmon, steaks

How to Make Fishin' Trip Salmon

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together. Put salmon in the marinade for 1 - 2 hours. Grill over campfire in a fish basket made for grilling. Cook on both sides to desired doneness.
  2. *** Salmon can be eaten rare if you like.
    *** Use the leftover marinade to stir in with fresh mixed vegetables in a skillet.

    *** If you don't have a fish basket, just use a cast iron skillet and fry the steaks!
