Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 or 3 tablespoons flour (level spoon)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon ground pepper & lemon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/2 tablespoon basil, dried
- 2 tablespoons shreeded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
How To Make fish

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. In a small skillet, saute celery and onion in butter for 10 minutes until tender. Drop heat to low, and add salt, peppers, tarragon, garlic, lemon juice, basil, and flour. Mix for 5 minutes until thickened.

Step 2Please fillets in 8 x 12 baking dish, and spoon sauce and cheese over fish. Bake for 12 minutes. Best served over rice.
