  • KEWPIE TARTAR SAUCE
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pickles
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped capers
  • 2 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    Kewpie mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • FISH STICKS
  • 8 oz
    cod fillets, cut into batons
  • 1 c
    rice flour
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • salt and pepper, to taste

    oil for deep frying

How To Make fish sticks with kewpie tartar sauce

    Mix the ingredients for the mayo together and set aside.

    Beat the eggs in one bowl.

    Add the flour to another bowl and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Dredge the fish in the egg, then in the flour.

    Deep fry in batches until golden brown. Serve with Kewpie mayonnaise.
