Ingredients
- KEWPIE TARTAR SAUCE
- 2 - hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- FISH STICKS
- 8 ounces cod fillets, cut into batons
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3 large eggs
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 - oil for deep frying
How To Make fish sticks with kewpie tartar sauce

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the mayo together and set aside.

Step 2Beat the eggs in one bowl.

Step 3Add the flour to another bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Heat the oil to 350 degrees. Dredge the fish in the egg, then in the flour.

Step 5Deep fry in batches until golden brown. Serve with Kewpie mayonnaise.
