- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons basil, dried
How To Make fish rub

Step 1In small bowl stir together lime juice & pepper sauce & sprinkle over both sides of each fish filet.

Step 2In another small bowl combine remaining ingredients & rub into both sides of each fish filet, then cook as desired.
