We enjoy chicken marsala so much I decided to put a twist on it and make fish marsala, I just don't put cheese on it because we don't care for cheese with fish. It is really great served with pasta or baked potato and a salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 - boneless fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 6 tablespoons marsala wine
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-(6) ounce canned shrimp and crab

How To Make fish marsala

  • Step 1
    In skillet melt butter in oil over medium heat. Add fish and cook to desired doneness. Remove fish from skillet. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds, stir in marsala wine and cook another 30 seconds. Stir in cream and parsley and cook about 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and crab, simmer about 3 more minutes. Serve over fish.
