diced onion
minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp
fresh basil leaves, chopped
8 oz
tomato sauce
1/2 c
tomato paste
3/4 c
1/2 c
dry white wine
1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1.5 lb
flounder filets

How to Make Fish In Tomato Wine Sauce


  • 1In very large skillet, saute onion, garlic until tender.
  • 2Add basil and saute for another few minutes.
  • 3Add everything else except fish.
  • 4Bring to a boil and stir so that paste is mixed in.
  • 5Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes.
  • 6Add fish and simmer for an additional
    15 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.
