Ingredients
- 1 medium diced onion
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- - freshly ground black pepper
- 1.5 pounds flounder filets
How To Make fish in tomato wine sauce

Step 1In very large skillet, saute onion, garlic until tender.

Step 2Add basil and saute for another few minutes.

Step 3Add everything else except fish.

Step 4Bring to a boil and stir so that paste is mixed in.

Step 5Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6Add fish and simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until fish is completely cooked.
