Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh fish filets
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 - curry powder
  • 1 - cayenne
  • 1 - minced garlic
  • 1 - seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons water

How To Make fish filets

  • Step 1
    Put filets in microwave safe baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices and bouillon.
  • Step 3
    Place butter on top of filets, so it will melt over them.
  • Step 4
    Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes.
  • Step 5
    Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
