1/2 lbfresh fish filets
2 Tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspchicken bouillon
How to Make Fish Filets
- Put filets in microwave safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices and bouillon.
- Place butter on top of filets, so it will melt over them.
- Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes.
- Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
