Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh fish filets
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 - curry powder
- 1 - cayenne
- 1 - minced garlic
- 1 - seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make fish filets

Step 1Put filets in microwave safe baking dish.

Step 2Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices and bouillon.

Step 3Place butter on top of filets, so it will melt over them.

Step 4Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes.

Step 5Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
