  • 1/2 lb
    fresh fish filets
  • 1/4 stick
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    curry powder
  • 1
  • 1
    minced garlic
  • 1
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Fish Filets


  1. Put filets in microwave safe baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices and bouillon.
  3. Place butter on top of filets, so it will melt over them.
  4. Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes.
  5. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
