This yummy recipe was in a leaflet that Tabasco put out in the early '80s.

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp
    butter
  • 2 lb
    haddock or fish of choice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs

How to Make Fillets in Sour Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Place fillets in sprayed 2 qt. baking dish
  2. Combine salt, Tabasco, paprika, sour cream and Parmesan and spread over fillets, covering them completely.
  3. Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
