Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 2 pounds haddock or fish of choice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
How To Make fillets in sour cream

Step 1Place fillets in sprayed 2 qt. baking dish

Step 2Combine salt, Tabasco, paprika, sour cream and Parmesan and spread over fillets, covering them completely.

Step 3Top with crumbs and dot with butter.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
