I usually cook salmon cakes when I want something good but quick. I happened to be out of flour one night and decided to use a spicey chicken breader instead. I haven't used plain flour ever since. Quick, Simple, Lots of flavor with just a little "KICK" ENJOY

2- 5oz cansalmon (boneless, skinless) drained

1/3 conion chopped

1/3 cgreen pepper chopped

4 Tbsphouse of autry medium hot chicken breader**

2 Tbspmayonnaise

4 Tbspoil
How To Make farrah's spicey salmon cakes

1Mix all ingredients except oil in a large bowl

2Form into patties. (Large patties for dinner or smaller patties for appetizers)

3Heat oil and fry patties until both sides are evenly brown

4**House of Autry medium hot chicken batter will add a lot of flavor and "heat". You can use flour instead and add spices to taste. Use frozen chopped onions and green peppers to help reduce prep time.
