I usually cook salmon cakes when I want something good but quick. I happened to be out of flour one night and decided to use a spicey chicken breader instead. I haven't used plain flour ever since. Quick, Simple, Lots of flavor with just a little "KICK"
Form into patties. (Large patties for dinner or smaller patties for appetizers)
Heat oil and fry patties until both sides are evenly brown
**House of Autry medium hot chicken batter will add a lot of flavor and "heat". You can use flour instead and add spices to taste. Use frozen chopped onions and green peppers to help reduce prep time.
