How to Make Fabulous Octopus, Cooked in its Juices
- Rinse the octopus under cold running water and place it as it is in a large bowl. Add the oil, balsamic vinegar, bay leaf, garlic and oregano and combine all ingredients well
- Spread the sheets of the aluminium foil cross wise on a working surface. Place the octopus in the centre and pour over the marinade.
- Fold the aluminium foil over the octopus but leave it loose so the air can circulate. Bake it for 1h and 15-30 minutes at 180°C and serve.
