Ingredients
- 1 - x1200g octopus
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 clove of garlic
- a pinch of dried oregano
- 2 large sheets of aluminium
How To Make fabulous octopus, cooked in its juices

Step 1Rinse the octopus under cold running water and place it as it is in a large bowl. Add the oil, balsamic vinegar, bay leaf, garlic and oregano and combine all ingredients well

Step 2Spread the sheets of the aluminium foil cross wise on a working surface. Place the octopus in the centre and pour over the marinade.

Step 3Fold the aluminium foil over the octopus but leave it loose so the air can circulate. Bake it for 1h and 15-30 minutes at 180°C and serve. Enjoy!!!
