- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 5/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 large can of tuna
- 1 - egg white
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yogurt, plain
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon cucumber, diced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make easy tuna cakes & sauce

Step 1Coat skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat.

Step 2Saute celery and onion until tender.

Step 3Place in a bowl with cream cheese and lemon juice and red pepper.

Step 4Add breadcrumbs and dried dill, tuna and egg white.

Step 5Divide into 8 equal portions.

Step 6In a skillet over medium high heat, cook 4 cakes, 2 minutes on each side.

Step 7Repeat at remaining 4 cakes.

Step 8Combine sauce in small bowl. Serve with tuna cakes.
