Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 2 - minced garlic cloves
  • 13 ounces clams, undrained and minced
  • 6 ounces crab, drained and flaked
  • 6 ounces shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 10.75 ounces tomato soup
  • 2 ounces pimento, diced and undrained
  • 1.25 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

How To Make easy seafood stew

  • Step 1
    Heat the oil in a large, heavy saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Add the onion and garlic and cook, covered, over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • Step 3
    Stir in all remaining ingredients and continue to cook, covered, over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until hot.
