How to Make Easy Seafood Stew


  • 1Heat the oil in a large, heavy saucepan.
  • 2Add the onion and garlic and cook, covered, over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
  • 3Stir in all remaining ingredients and continue to cook, covered, over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until hot.
