    olive oil
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 2
    minced garlic cloves
  • 13 oz
    clams, undrained and minced
  • 6 oz
    crab, drained and flaked
  • 6 oz
    shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 10.75 oz
    tomato soup
  • 2 oz
    pimento, diced and undrained
  • 1.25 c
    hot water
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How to Make Easy Seafood Stew


  1. Heat the oil in a large, heavy saucepan.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook, covered, over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients and continue to cook, covered, over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until hot.
