How to Make EASY SEAFOOD POT PIE
1Preheat oven to 375
Allign ramekins or small tart pans on a cookie sheet.
2Saute shallots in butter until clear and fragrant.
Add sherry or white wine and reduce by half.
Add soups and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and seafood.
3Ladle seafood mixture into remekins and top with squares or circles of puff pastry.
Bake until golden and bubbly..
