Ingredients

2 can(s)cream of shrimp soup
-
1/2 cheavy cream
-
1shallot diced fine
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
3 Tbspsherry, or dry white wine
-
1 lblobster meat
-
1 can(s)jumbo lump crabmeat (picked through for shells)

1/2 lbshrimp-cooked & diced
-
1 pkgfrozen puff pastry
How to Make EASY SEAFOOD POT PIE
- Preheat oven to 375
Allign ramekins or small tart pans on a cookie sheet. - Saute shallots in butter until clear and fragrant.
Add sherry or white wine and reduce by half.
Add soups and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and seafood. - Ladle seafood mixture into remekins and top with squares or circles of puff pastry.
Bake until golden and bubbly..
