Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 - shallot diced fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sherry, or dry white wine
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 can jumbo lump crabmeat (picked through for shells)
- 1/2 pound shrimp-cooked & diced
- 1 package frozen puff pastry
How To Make easy seafood pot pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 Allign ramekins or small tart pans on a cookie sheet.

Step 2Saute shallots in butter until clear and fragrant. Add sherry or white wine and reduce by half. Add soups and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and seafood.

Step 3Ladle seafood mixture into remekins and top with squares or circles of puff pastry. Bake until golden and bubbly..
