easy seafood pie

This is a wonderful inexpensive seafood dish that my family loves. It reminds all of us of deviled crab. I usually use frozen crawfish tails that I find frozen at my local Walmart, the flavor is very similar to the crab when cooked. You can cook the onion and celery to soften prior to cooking but we like the crunch. If using shrimp you can substitute the pimentos for green chilis for a southwest flavor.
