Ingredients

  • 7.5 ounces salmon, canned
  • 4 ounces saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dill
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

How To Make easy mini-salmon burgers

  • Step 1
    Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.
  • Step 2
    Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.
  • Step 3
    Form into 3\" x 1/2\" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
