- 4 ounces saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dill
- 2 teaspoons pepper
How To Make easy mini-salmon burgers

Step 1Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.

Step 2Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.

Step 3Form into 3\" x 1/2\" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.

Step 4Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
