    salmon, canned
  • 4 oz
    saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp

How to Make Easy Mini-Salmon Burgers


  1. Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.
  2. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.
  3. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
  4. Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
