I know it sounds a bit funny and maybe gross... but I promise, it is such a yummy casserole! And one that your little ones will eat because they all like fish sticks. I used to tell mine when they were little that it was chicken, they didnt know the difference until they were able to read!! LOL

Ingredients
- 12 ounces hash brown potatoes, frozen (1 cup = 4 oz)
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- - pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill, dried
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- - a bag of fish sticks
How To Make easy fishstick casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and milk together. Add onion, dill, salt, pepper, cheese and hash browns.

Step 2Cover with a layer of fish sticks put nicely side by side to cover the top of milk mixture. Put in oven and bake for 1 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
