I know it sounds a bit funny and maybe gross... but I promise, it is such a yummy casserole! And one that your little ones will eat because they all like fish sticks. I used to tell mine when they were little that it was chicken, they didnt know the difference until they were able to read!! LOL

Ingredients For easy fishstick casserole

  • 12 oz
    hash brown potatoes, frozen (1 cup = 4 oz)
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • a bag of fish sticks

How To Make easy fishstick casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and milk together. Add onion, dill, salt, pepper, cheese and hash browns.

    Cover with a layer of fish sticks put nicely side by side to cover the top of milk mixture. Put in oven and bake for 1 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
