  make sure fish is cleaned

  salt & pepper both sides of the fish

  pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  mix the mayonnaise and grated cheese together
• 5

  spray the pan with non-stick spray
• 6

  lay the four fillets in the pan & cover each with the mayonnaise mixture
• 7

  bake in a 350 degree oven for five minutes - turn the oven off and allow the fish to sit in the hot oven for another three minutes. When you open the oven door you should have perfectly cooked fish
