How to Make Double Crunch Bass Fillets
- Beat the eggs and place in a shallow dish
Mix the Drakes seasoning with water and mix well place in a separate shallow dish
- Place the panko in another separate shallow dish.
Dredge each bass fillet first in egg then Drakes then Panko.
- Deep fry at 350 degrees for about 4 minutes.
Serve with tartar sauce
