- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup drakes fish seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- - oil for deep frying
How To Make double crunch bass fillets

Step 1Beat the eggs and place in a shallow dish Mix the Drakes seasoning with water and mix well place in a separate shallow dish

Step 2Place the panko in another separate shallow dish. Dredge each bass fillet first in egg then Drakes then Panko.

Step 3Deep fry at 350 degrees for about 4 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce
