Ingredients
- 1 package carolina pilaf rice
- 3 pinches smokehouse maple seasoning for each roll
- 1 slice 4 inch by 4 inch slice of salmon for each roll.
- 1 stalk spring onions
- 2 fluid coconut oil for frying
- 2 pinches old bay seasoning
- ounce japanese ginger dressing for dipping
- 2 cups fish fry batter
How To Make dirty dancing salmon roll & carolina sticky rice

Step 1The sticky rice, pre-soak for 4 hours-drain. Add 3 spoonfills of semame seeds. A cup of coconut milk and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil. refrigerate for 3 hours.

Step 2Make a 4 by 4 inch slice of salmon for each roll. place slamon on a sheet of plastic wrap. Place a large teaspoon of rice on the slice of salmon. Roll with the plastic wrap. when finish rerigerate overnight. (smoñe house maple , and oldbay seasoning)

Step 3What way that it is cook.is up to the preparea. I grill the roll in coconut oil

Step 4Japanese ginger dressing for dipping, but this is a personal favorite but choose the sauce that´s you like.

Step 5Once remove from the fridge the salmon rolls must be dip in a fish-fry coating.
