Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons dirty bastard dijon mustard plus more for serving
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon each paprika and ground ginger
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- salt and pepper
- chives for garnish
How To Make dirty bastard sweet & spicy glazed salmon

Step 1Mix the brown sugar, Dirty bastard dijon mustard, soy sauce, paprika and ginger in a saucepan. Cook until the sugar has dissolved and the glaze thickened a bit.

Step 2Remove skin from salmon and season with salt and pepper. On a hot grille add the salmon.

Step 3Cook 10 to 15 minutes brushing with the glaze. Serve garnished with chives and extra Dirty Bastard Mustard for dipping.
