3/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 c
olive oil
1.5 Tbsp
parsley, minced
1 Tbsp
minced shallots
1/2 tsp
dill weed
1/4 tsp
1/4 c
fresh lemon juice

How to Make Dill Herb Fillets


  • 1Arrange fish in a single layer, oiled, shallow baking dish.
  • 2Sprinkle with oil, parsley, shallots, dill and oregano.
  • 3Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until flesh barely separates when tested with a fork--15 to 20 minutes.
  • 4Baste twice with pan juices while baking.
  • 5Remove fish to a serving dish.
  • 6Blend lemon juice into pan drippings, then pour over fish.
