Ingredients
- 2 pounds red snapper filet
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
How To Make dill herb fillets

Step 1Arrange fish in a single layer, oiled, shallow baking dish.

Step 2Sprinkle with oil, parsley, shallots, dill and oregano.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until flesh barely separates when tested with a fork--15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4Baste twice with pan juices while baking.

Step 5Remove fish to a serving dish.

Step 6Blend lemon juice into pan drippings, then pour over fish.
