dill broiled salmon...a gift from heaven!
This is a quick and easy salmon recipe. Just combine four simple ingredients and broil. My friend that give me the recipe, said it is the same as Red Lobsters. I have never had this at that restaurant. But I have made this few times. I think you might enjoy it as much as I do. Nothing fancy...just some plain ole cooking! What could be better ? A little rice and a green veggie on the side, and you have a meal from heaven! Nancy....7/21/12

Step 1Pre-heat broiler. Rince your salmon, and pat dry. Combine and melt together the first 5 ingredients. Place salmon on a lightly greased broiler pan.. Brush 1/4 cup of the butter mixture on the steaks. Broil 5 inches from heat, 5-10 minutes. Check while broiling, thickness of the salmon will determine when it is done. For hhe best flavor,do not broil them dry! Do not turn salmon over! The skin holds the salmon meat together. Brush again with the last 1/4 cup of butter mixture. This will serve 4 happy.guests...
