When I was a young bride, I made this because I loved crabmeat. I live on the coast of Georgia where every summer we could net a bushel. My new husband was from middle GA, and crabmeat was not so exciting to him. He said he liked deviled crab, so I made this recipe up.

Ingredients For deviled crab casserole

  • 1 box
    (any flavor) stove top stuffing mix
  • water & butter for cooking stove top mix
  • 1 pt
    or more of crabmeat
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lawry's seasoning salt
  • 1 sm
    container of pimento cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper to taste

How To Make deviled crab casserole

    Make stuffing according to box directions (Microwave or Stove directions). In a large bowl incorporate all other ingredients into the cooked stuffing mix. Mix well.
