Daddy's BBQ Dijon Salmon

Michelle Griggs

I have never been a fan of seafood. In fact I pretty much hate it - but my Daddy used to make this Salmon all the time and it's the only way I could eat it! We have it once a week at our house now and my family loves it just as much!!

How to Make Daddy's BBQ Dijon Salmon

  1. Start your BBQ
  2. Place the butter in a bowl and microwave until melted
  3. Mix in the Dijon and the Dill in with the butter and whisk it all together until it is a smooth thick consistency
  4. Place the salmon on a double layer or Aluminum foil. Dump the mixture onto the Salmon and smooth out so that they are both fully covered
  5. Once the bbq is heated (our is usually around 350) place the aluminum foil with the salmon onto the grill and cook for about 30 minutes until cooked through and flaky! Best served with Rice (we like chicken rice-a-ronie) and asparagus or green beans! Hope you enjoy this delicious take on Salmon - so good even fish haters will love it!!
