Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups coconut milk
- - hot curry powder to taste
- 2 pounds prawns, peeled, cleaned and deveined
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
How To Make curried coconut prawns

Step 1In a skillet, over medium heat, combine melted butter and flour. Add coconut milk and hot curry powder to taste. Stir with whisk until smooth.

Step 2Add prawns that have been cleaned and quickly poached. Add coconut, parsley and onions. Stir and serve.
