Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 pound white fish fillets (walleye, halibut, cod)
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- - lemon or lime wedges
How To Make cumin crusted fish

Step 1in a small bowl, mix together cumin, thyme, paprika and lemon pepper.

Step 2rub spice mixture on both sides of fillets.

Step 3in a large skillet, set over medium heat, heat oil. add fish fillets and cook until browned on both sides and fish is opaque in the center about 4 minutes per side.

Step 4sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with lemon or lime wedges.
