4 - 4 oz.cod fillets
- BOWL 1:

1/4 call purpose flour
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/8 tspsalt
- BOWL 2:

2 lgeggs
-
1 tspwater
- BOWL 3:

1 cpanko bread crumbs (japanese)

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated
-
4 1/2 tspranch salad dressing mix (dry)

1 Tbspitalian seasoning
How To Make crumb coated fish filets

1In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, pepper & salt.

2In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs & water.
-
3In a third shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, dressing mix & seasoning.

4Coat filets with flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture & coat with crumb mixture.

5Place filets on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
