Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz. - cod fillets
- BOWL 1:
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- BOWL 2:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon water
- BOWL 3:
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (japanese)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 1/2 teaspoons ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
How To Make crumb coated fish filets

Step 1In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, pepper & salt.

Step 2In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs & water.

Step 3In a third shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, dressing mix & seasoning.

Step 4Coat filets with flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture & coat with crumb mixture.

Step 5Place filets on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
