Crockpot Mahi Mahi with vegetables

Ingredients

2 cfresh broccoli

8asparagus stalks

2 cspinach

1 Tbspolive oil

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 1/4 tspred pepper flakes

1/4 clemon juice
-
1 lbmahi mahi filets or talapia filets
How to Make Crockpot Mahi Mahi with vegetables
- Wash and trim all vegetables and put them into the crockpot.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and one tablespoon of lemon juice. - Using a pastry brush, brush the fish on all sides with this mixture and place fish on top of the vegetables.
Add the remaining lemon juice. - Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. If you use a thinner piece of fish like Tilapia, check after 90 minutes.
Fish is done when it is opaque whitte and flakes easily.
