How to Make Crispy Flounder Fillets
- Mix eggs and mustard in shallow bowl.
- Place instant potatoes in another bowl.
- Heat oil on medium high heat.
- Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes.
- Fry the fish in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
