- 2 cups roasted garlic instant potatoes flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
How To Make crispy flounder fillets

Step 1Mix eggs and mustard in shallow bowl.

Step 2Place instant potatoes in another bowl.

Step 3Heat oil on medium high heat.

Step 4Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes.

Step 5Fry the fish in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
