Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) - flounder fillets
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 cups roasted garlic instant potatoes flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil

How To Make crispy flounder fillets

  • Step 1
    Mix eggs and mustard in shallow bowl.
  • Step 2
    Place instant potatoes in another bowl.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil on medium high heat.
  • Step 4
    Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes.
  • Step 5
    Fry the fish in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
