How to Make Crispy Flounder Fillets


  1. Mix eggs and mustard in shallow bowl.
  2. Place instant potatoes in another bowl.
  3. Heat oil on medium high heat.
  4. Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes.
  5. Fry the fish in oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
